Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible is the only inspired, unfailing, authoritative Word of God.

 

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

 

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, and in His ascension to the right hand of the Father.

 

We believe in God as Creator of heaven and earth, Who created man in the image of God, though man chose to sin; now all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

 

We believe the blood of Jesus is the only cleansing for sin, and salvation is found only through repentance from sin and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

 

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved to everlasting life and the lost to eternal separation from God.

 

We believe Jesus Christ is our Savior, Lord, Deliverer, Baptizer, and Healer, and all aspects of His ministry are available to the Church today.

 

We believe the Baptism or Infilling of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues is available today to all believers who ask for and receive it.

 

We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life, set apart for God.
